After an enthralling countdown which had started in the morning at 11:00 CET, the winner was announced during the last half hour of the year. For the first time ever, the present Eurovision Song Contest winner went straight to the top of the list: Sweden’s Loreen, who won the 2012 Contest in Baku with the song Euphoria,  received the most votes in this year’s edition of the ‘Eurovision Top 250’, congratulations to Loreen. Runner-up in the voting was Spain’s 2012 entry Quédate Conmigo by Pastora Soler, followed by Norway’s 2009 ESC winning song Fairytale by Alexander Rybak in third place.
