Hungary’s 2016 Eurovision representative Freddie (Pioneer) was the co-commentator for national broadcasting cooperation MTVA at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv. We met Freddie for an exclusive interview (see below) in which he talks about his job as the 2017  co-commentator, his debut album Pioneers and some plans for the close future.

On the occasion we’re giving away three copies of the English version of Freddie’s album, each with a pair of our ESC Radio funglasses. The ten-track album includes his Eurovision entry Pioneer, his 2015 debut hit single Mary Joe and Trouble, the English version of his current Hungarian hit single Csodák. To enter the competition, all you have to do is answer this question: In which year did Hungary make their debut in the Eurovision Song Contest? Send in your answer to competition@escradio.com along with your full name and postal address by Sunday, 21 May, at 23:59 CEST. The names of the three lucky winners will be revealed here on our website. Good luck!
