QUIZ: Your chance to win a Sjonni’s Friends CD – check out the full line-up of tonight’s 1st Semi-Final of Eurovision 2011

Tonight the first semi-final of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest will take place. Our latest quiz for ESC Radio listeners gives you the opportunity to win one of 3 CDs by Sjonni’s Friends, Iceland’s representatives with the song Coming Home, competing tonight at starting position #14. “Coming Home” is composed by Sjonni Brink, who was supposed to sing the song in the Icelandic preselection when he sadly and unexpectedly passed away in January, the lyrics are written by Thorunn Clausen.
The 13-track CD contains a fine collection of Sjonni Brink’s compositions and recordings, the Eurovision entry by Sjonni’s Friends and the original Icelandic version “Aftur Heim” performed by the late Sjonni himself.

Just answer one question right and you will enter the competition. The question is: What’s the name of the band that performed Iceland’s 1986 Eurovision debut entry “Gleðibankinn”? Send in your answers to info@escradio.com along with your full name and postal address by 23:59 CEST next Monday, 16th of May. The names of the three lucky listeners will be revealed here. Good luck!
