59th Eurovision Song Contest, Copenhagen 6/8/10 May 2014

The countdown to the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest is on! The semi-finals are set to take place on Tuesday 6th and Thursday 8th of May, the Grand Final is scheduled for Saturday, 10th of May. The competition will be held at B&W Hallerne, in Denmark’s capital Copenhagen.

There are 37 countries vying for glory in this year’s contest. While the so-called ‘Big Five’ – France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom – and host country Denmark are automatically qualified for the grand final, the remaining 31 countries have to compete in two semi-finals, with 10 from each going through to the finals.

Tune in to ESC Radio and find the competing songs on our playlist, together with many hits and favourites from recent years and all the classics from the Eurovision Song Contest history.
