Ukraine wins Eurovision Song Contest 2022

Last night the 66th Eurovision Song Contest was held in Turin, Italy, and Ukraine won the competition, thanks to a massive support from the television audience. With their song Stefania, the band Kalush Orchestra received a total of 631 points. The United Kingdom finished in second place, represented by Sam Ryder with the song Space Man, followed by Chanel’s SloMo from Spain in third place. It’s the third win for Ukraine in the Contest. In 2004 Ruslana took the victory with the song Wild Dances and in 2016 Jamala impressed with her emotional entry 1944.
