About 3+2

Belarusian representative, the band 3+2, consists of Alena Karpovich, Ninel Karpovitch, Artsem Mikhalenka, Yehiazar Farashan and Yuliya Shyshko. So, you can guess what the name of the band came from!

Twin-sisters Alena and Ninel developed the formula of success long ago: stay together – and success is guaranteed! A difficult situation in their life pulled the girls together – they lost mother at the age of 13. Soon their father was deprived of parental rights. The girls were brought up by their grandmother. Alena and Ninel are grateful to her for patience and dedication.

The first stage of their creative development was a year of live work on television in one of Belarusian lotteries. The next stage is the casting to the TV-show New Voices of Belarus (analogue to the world famous Star Factory), participation in the project and becoming finalists. After the bright debut at the big stage, Alena and Ninel were invited to the main state orchestra of Belarus, where they work to date.

At the turn of 2009 the artists were invited to TV project Musical Court, during which the 3+2 band was formed.

Artem Mikhalenka considers New Voices of Belarus to be a significant stage in his creative development. Artem became a finalist of the TV show and was invited to the leading state orchestra of Belarus, working with which he participated in concerts all over the country and got numerous fans.

Yehiazar Farashan’s vocal abilities were discovered by his mother, a teacher of vocal. She insisted that her son started singing, but at first he took it jokingly and resisted until participation in his first international contest and winning there. Spirit of superiority and flavour of winning were so attractive to him that singing became an integral part of his life. Today the artist has participated in and has won numerous contests.

He entered a college of art, but soon found out about casting to New Voices of Belarus. After a few months of competition at the contest Yehiazar became a finalist.

Thanks to his wonderful voice he became a soloist of the Presidential Orchestra of Belarus. As a member of the orchestra he performed in numerous cities and got thousands of fans all over the country.

Yuliya Shyshko dreamt of an opera singer career and of the big stage. She was sure she inherited vocal ability from her mother. After the 9th form she entered a music college, department of choral conducting. Being a college student she saw an announcement of the casting to New Voices of Belarus. Yuliya became a finalist of the TV show and got an invitation to the main state orchestra of Belarus, gladly working there to date, performing all over the country and giving joy to the audience.
