They were one of the favourites to win Germany’s national final for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, Erik Macholl and Andreas John aka Fahrenhaidt. But the televoters decided otherwise. For those of you who would love to hear more of their ambient nature pop, we have a quiz competition. We have three copies of the Fahrenhaidt debut CD album The Book of Nature to give away, and all you have to do is answer a quick question to be in with a chance of winning one!

For one of the songs on The Book of Nature, Fahrenhaidt teamed up with a former Eurovision Song Contest winner. What’s the name of the artist? Send your answer to info@escradio.com along with your full name and postal address by 23:59 CET this coming Saturday, 28 March.

The competition is closed meanwhile. For the names of the three lucky winners please scroll to the bottom of the page!

The CD features Frozen Silence, Fahrenhaidt’s entry to the German national final ‘Unser Song für Österreich’,  in the single version and the Deep Snow Radiomix. The album also includes Mother Earth, the second song submitted to the national selection for Eurovision, and the track Wildfire featuring Emmelie de Forest, Denmark’s 2013 Eurovision Song Contest winner. The album is available in all major digital download stores.

It’s time to reveal the winners of the three Fahrenhaidt CD albums The Book of Nature. We asked for the name of the former Eurovision Song Contest winner featured on one of the album tracks. The correct answer is Emmelie de Forrest.

The three lucky winners are: Gianluca Tacchini (Italy), Liane Baeuml-Dinges (Germany) and Adrian Dumitrescu (Romania) – congratulations! Better luck next time for those who did not win, we’ll be having more quiz questions throughout the season so keep a look out.
