Norway’s 2018 Melodi Grand Prix, the national final for Eurovision, is scheduled to take place on 10 March. Norway had a number of very good results in recent years, finishing six times in the top ten over the past decade, most recently with JOWST’s Grab The Moment last year in Kyiv, and not forgetting of course, Alexander Rybak’s win in 2009 (Fairytale).
Ten acts will be competing in this year’s Melodi Grand Prix, and one of them is singer-songwriter Tom Hugo (I Like I Like I Like), who already participated in 2013 (Det Er Du / It Is You). Tom visited ESC Radio studio in Berlin to speak about his work as a songwriter, his approach to Eurovision and the preparations for his performance on 10 March.
