We are now almost counting down the hours until the six contenders in the German final for Eurovision 2018 take to the stage at Studio Berlin Adlershof this coming Thursday to compete for the ticket to Lisbon. One of the six acts is 23-year-old Xavier Darcy, born in Scotland to a French father and a British mother, and living in Germany for more than ten years. His entry for ‘Unser Lied für Lissabon’ is called Jonah, a song that combines energetic folk-rock sound with anthem-like stadion rock.
Xavier dropped by at ESC Radio studio in Berlin to introduce himself to the international fans and followers of the Contest and talk about the background of his song Jonah and his performance this Thursday, 22 February.
