The national selections for the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest are underway. In the coming weeks, juries and televoters across Europe are called upon to find a song to represent their country in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, in May. As usual, Albania held their national Festivali i Këngës end of December. The Scandinavian countries, France, Italy, the Baltic States Lithuania and Estonia, and many more are following on the heels to select a strong contender for the 65th edition of the Contest.

We put a focus on the music from these national selections, playing also many songs that do not qualify for the Contest but still deserve another listen. Many of them get a lot of airplay in their home countries, some become chart hits. While the national selections continue, our playlist will be regularly updated.
