Marry Me is the title of Finland’s energetic entry to the 58th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden. Performer of the song, that won the country’s national selection in February, is 27-year old Krista Siegfrids who has also co-written it alongside Erik Nyholm, Kristoffer Karlsson and Jessica Lundström. Marry Me is Finland’s 47th entry to the Contest. Since their debut in 1961, Finland has placed 12 songs in the top ten, finished last on nine occasions and won the Contest once to date, in 2006 with Lordi’s memorable Hard Rock Hallelujah.
