Hungary’s debut in the Eurovision Song Contest came in 1994 with Friderika Bayer and her song Kinek Mondjam El Vétkeimet?, placed 4th – the country’s most successful placing to date. For Eurovision 2013, Hungarian broadcaster MTV repeated last year’s format ‘A Dal’, with 30 entries competing for the ticket to Malmö in a televised selection process. 28-year old singer ByeAlex came out the winner with his song Kedvesem (My Darling), composed by Alex Márta and Zoltán Palásti Kovács, and written by Alex Márta.
Kedvesem (Zoohacker Remix) is Hungary’s 11th entry to the Eurovision Song Contest and will be performed in the second semi-final at starting position #12.
